The following public hearings have been scheduled for September 25, 2023 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.

The subject property consist of +12.582 acres of land and is located on
179 Bell Hollow Road and within an R-3 Zoning District. The applicant
is proposing to construct a new single family residence, with well and
septic system. The applicant requires a Site Development Plan, Major
Grading and Wetland Permit.

loading pollutant discharging in the lake.
