NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW #1-2025

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of The Town of Putnam Valley duly adopted Local Law #   1 – 2025, on April 16th, 2025 entitled “Amending the Town of Putnam Valley code to Add Short Term Transient Rentals (STRs) as a Special Permit Use”.
