Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday September 13, 2021 for the purpose of considering the following applications:

The applicant is proposing to subdivide property into three lots such

that each of the two existing houses will be on separate lots, and a new
