Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday July 26, 2021 for the purpose of considering the following applications:

PUBLIC HEARING

 

The following public hearings have been scheduled for July 26, 2021 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.

 

 

 

  1.  Orentreich, David-855 Route 301

                         (TM#39-.1-9/File#2021-2037)

 

                        The applicant property consist of + 74 acres of land and is located on

855 Route 301 and within the PC Zoning District.  The applicant is

proposing two free-standing structures, unheated pool house and heated

green house.  The applicants requires an Amended Site Plan.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1.     D’Addona, Vincent- Indian Lake Road

The applicant property consist of +/- 13.77 acres of land and is located on

Indian Lake Road and within the CD Zoning District.  The applicant is

proposing a single family residence, with well, septic and driveway.

The applicant requires a Site Plan and Major Grading Permit.

The applicant is proposing to subdivide property into three lots such

that each of the two existing houses will be on separate lots, and a new

third lot will be created.  The applicant property is comprised of +/- 25

acres and is located on Wiccopee Road.

  

  1.      Andersen/Schindele- 18 Coleman’s Landing

                        (TM#62.14-1-15, 20, 22/File 2021-0236)

 

The applicant property consist of +0.847 acres of land and is located on

18 Coleman’s Landing and within the R-3 Zoning District.  The applicant

is proposing to demolish existing residence, garage, tennis court, patio and

walkways, to construct a new residence with detach garage.  The applicant

requires a Site Plan, Wetland Permit and Major Grading Permit.

 

  1. Starn/ Bressler- 23 Nampaugh Road

                          The subject property consist of +/- 0.69 acres of land and is located on

23 Nampaugh Road and within the R-3 Zoning District. The applicant is

proposing an addition to an existing single family residence.  The

applicant requires a Site Development Plan, Major Grading Permit and

a Wetland Permit.

 

  1.        73 Chapman LLC-73 Chapman Road

                          The subject property is comprised of +/- 11.28 acres and is located on

73 Chapman Road with the CD Zoning District.  The applicant is

seeking permits necessary to restore pond and remove sediment.

A Major Grading Permit and Wetland Permit is required.

The subject property consists of +/-35 acres of land and is located on

22 Living Springs Lane and within and PC Zoning District.  The

applicant is proposing soil remediation. The applicant requires a Site

Plan, Major Grading Permit and Wetland Permit.

                           The subject property consists of + 32.88 acres of land and is located on

22 Living Springs Lane and within the PC Zoning District.  The

applicant is proposing to construct 150’ wireless service facility, and

related equipment within a fenced compound.  The requires a Site Plan

and Major Grading Permit.
