Notice is hereby given to interested parties that a Public Hearing will be held by the Putnam Valley Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday April 25, 2024 at 6:30 at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road for the purpose of considering the following petitions and requests together with all other matters that may properly come before the Board at this time.

- Sloane, Michael, 104 West Shore Drive, 62.13-2-9; R-3
Request side yard setback variance and variance under Section
165-44 A (1) of the Zoning code for increase in height, for roof
and dormers.
- Brucaj, Elez, 10 White Road, 84.11-1-11; R-1
Request front setback variances for proposed garage and entrance.
Request side yard setback for existing shed. Request variance under
Section 165-44 A (1) of the Zoning code for height of proposed garage.
- Woods End, LLC, 66 Woods End Road, 63.-2-30; R-3
Variance from Town Code 165-45(A) (2), stating that the lot on which
such nonconforming use is located shall not be reduced in size.
Variance under Section 165-12(A) (3) (k) of the Town Code for proposed
improved lot does not meet lot frontage requirement for a CD Zone.
Variance under Section 165-36 (N) (2) of the Town Code for existing kennel
does not meet 200’ setback requirements from town wetlands.
