Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday June 8, 2026 for the purpose of considering the following applications:

PUBLIC HEARING

 

The following public hearings have been scheduled for June 8, 2026 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.                                      

 

                                                          AGENDA 

  1.       Strong, Ciaran, 11 Finnerty Place

        (TM#85.9-1-6/File2025-0019)

  

        The subject’s property consists of + 4.05 acres of land and is located 

                    on 11 Finnerty Place and within the R-2 Zoning District.  The 

                    applicant  is proposing a two-lot subdivision. Lot 1 will be the  

        existing single family residence, lot 2 will be developed with a  

        new single family residence.  The applicant requires a Subdivision, 

                                Site Development Plan and Major Grading Permit.

        The subject’s property consists of +/- 1.03 acres and is located on

        The applicant is proposing to remove existing pool and construct new

        concrete pool, with retaining wall, pavilion and basketball court’
