Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday April 27, 2026 for the purpose of considering the following applications:

PUBLIC HEARING

 

The following public hearings have been scheduled for April 27, 2026 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.                                      

                                                           AGENDA  

  

  1.       Darbyshire, Gabrielle, 44 Cayuga Road

(TM#62.64-1-25)

                               The subject’s property consists of + 0.48 acres of land and is 

      located on 44 Cayuga Road, within the R-3 Zoning District.

      The applicant proposes to legalize a short-term rental use

      within a single-family residence.  The applicant requires a

      Special Use Permit.

 

  1.     Yakovlev & Blend Residence-West Shore Drive

      (TM#62.9-1-4/File 2024-0279)

      The subject’s property consists of +/- 6.67 acres and is located on 

      West Shore Drive & Upper Right of Way, within the CD Zoning 

      District.  The applicant is proposing a single-family residence, well,

      Septic, driveway and pool.  The applicant requires a Site Development

      Plan, Major Grading and Wetland Permit.

  1.               Josal / FC Putnam Sports-7 Bryant Pond Road

        (TM#63.-3-2/File 2026-0006)

        The subject property is comprised of +/- 13.5 acres and is located on

                    7 Bryant Pond Road within the R-3 Zoning District.  The applicant is 

        requesting a reinstatement of the previously approved Special Use 

        Permit.

 

  1.     Rabbinical Seminary of America- Barger Street

                  (TM# 85.13-29,33.2,31,32/File 2021-0234)

      The subject property consists of + 62.79 acres of land and is located on

      Barger Street within the R-2 and PD Zoning District.  The applicant is

      proposing the construction of a cemetery, access road, parking, chapel

      building, garage and other improvement to be constructed in three

      phases.  The applicant requires, Site Plan Approval, Special Use 

      Permit, Major Grading Permit, and a Wetland Permit.
