PUBLIC HEARING

 

The following public hearings have been scheduled for February 09, 2026 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.                                      

 

  1.     Tiger Lily Eighteen- 231 Wiccopee Road

      (TM#41.-2-2/File2024-0280)

 

      The subject’s property consists of +/- 14.86 acres and is located on 

      231 Wiccopee Road, within the CD Zoning District.  The applicant is 

      proposing to reside, repair the floor and install roof mounted solar 

                              panels to existing barn structure.  Proposed renovation to an existing 

      farmhouse and construct a tracker path and two car parking area.

      The applicant requires a Site Development Plan and Wetland Permit.

      The subject property consists of +/- 4.475 acres of land and is located 

      on Birch Road within the R-3 Zoning District. The applicant is 

      proposing a single-family residence with driveway, well and septic.

      Applicant requires a Site Development Plan and Major Grade Permit.

    applicant is proposing a 100 x 51 ft. commercial building.  The 

    applicant requires a Site Plan, Wetland and Major Grade Permit.

      The subject’s property consists of +/- 5.21 acres and is located on

      proposing a single family residence, with driveway, well and septic.

      The applicant requires a Stie Development Plan, Wetland and Major

      Grading Permit.

      The subject’s property consists of +/- 1.03 acres and is located on

      The applicant is proposing to remove existing pool and construct new

      concrete pool, with retaining wall, pavilion and basketball court’
