The following public hearings have been scheduled for January 12, 2026 at 6:00PM (or
as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265
Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are
invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be
inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town
of Putnam Valley Town Hall.

1. Ban Residence- Pudding Street
(TM# 41.-2-14.3/File 2025-0024)
The subject property consists of +/- 7.0 acres of land and is located
on Pudding Street within the CD Zoning District. The applicant is
proposing a single-family residence with driveway, well and
septic. Applicant requires a Site Development Plan, Major
Grade and Wetlands Permit.

The subject’s property consists of +/- 5.21 acres and is located on
3 Trading Post Lane, within the CD Zoning District. The applicant is
proposing a single family residence, with driveway, well and septic.
The applicant requires a Stie Development Plan, Wetland and Major
Grading Permit.

3. Tiger Lily Eighteen- 231 Wiccopee Road

(TM#41.-2-2/File2024-0280)
The subject’s property consists of +/- 14.86 acres and is located on
231 Wiccopee Road, within the CD Zoning District. The applicant is
proposing to reside, repair the floor and install roof mounted solar
panels to existing barn structure. Proposed renovation to an existing
farmhouse and construct a tracker path and two car parking area.
The applicant requires a Site Development Plan, Major Grading
and a Wetland Permit.
