Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday November 17, 2025 for the purpose of considering the following applications:

REVIEW

 

  1.       Friedman Residence, 42 Chippewa Road

                              (TM#51.73-1-49/File2025-0004)

 

                             The subject’s property consists of +/- 0.39 acres and is located on

42 Chippewa Road, within the R-3 Zoning District.  The applicant is

                             proposing the demolition of an existing single-family residence and

constructing a new single-family residence, and 2 bay detached garage,

with new septic system.  The applicant requires Site Development Plan,

Major Grade and Wetland Permit.

 

  1.     Arrigoni Development-824 Peekskill Hollow Road

                           (TM#52.-3-70/File 2025-0013)

 

The subject’s property consists of +/ 1.34 acres of land and is located

on 824 Peekskill Hollow Road, within the CN Zoning District.  The

applicant is proposing a 100 x 51 ft. commercial building.  The applicant

requires a Site Plan, Wetland and Major Grade Permit.

 

  1. Ayers Residence- 3 Trading Post Lane

(TM#51.-1-55/File2025-0020)

 

                               The subject’s property consists of +/- 5.21 acres and is located on

3 Trading Post Lane, within the CD Zoning District.  The applicant is

proposing a single family residence, with driveway, well and septic.

The applicant requires a Stie Development Plan, Wetland and Major

Grading Permit.

 

  1.   Tiger Lily Eighteen- 231 Wiccopee Road

(TM#41.-2-2/File2024-0280)

 

The subject’s property consists of +/- 14.86 acres and is located on

231 Wiccopee Road, within the CD Zoning District.  The applicant is

                              proposing to reside, repair the floor and install roof mounted solar

panels to existing barn structure.  Proposed renovation to an existing

farmhouse and construct a tractor path and two car parking area.

The applicant requires a Site Development Plan, Major Grading

and a Wetland Permit.

   

  1. 22 Living Springs -22 Living Springs Lane

(TM#74.-1-35/File 2021-0238)

 

The subject property consists of +/-35 acres of land and is located on

22 Living Springs Lane and within and PC Zoning District.  The

applicant is proposing soil remediation. The applicant requires a Site

Plan, Major Grading Permit and Wetland Permit.
