  9. Appoint Ashley Rivera as Floater for Town Hall
  • Appoint Carol Sukup permanent part – time employee
  • Increase hourly rate of Permanent part-time highway assistant from $14-$15 an hour.

  1. I formally request that the Town Board accept lowest bid for the Lake Peekskill Pump House Demolition for the cost of $87,650 to Tompkins Excavating.
  2. Resolve to approve ODA road for Lindbergh Property.

  4. I formally request that the Town Board approve the purchase of playground equipment.
  5. I formally request the Town Board appoint Joseph Aviles as Lake Peekskill Supervisor.

a. Fee Waiver for Building Department fees that are associated with
Installation of fishing pier
5. Authorizing Supervisor to Hire Lori Tetro & Sonya Garcia as Part-time Employees for Town Hall with no benefits at $13.00 an hour.
6. Parks & Recreation:
a. Please approve the following additions/changes to Personal.
b. Request authorization to use the parkland funds to pay Kect
Construction for paving our basketball Court

7. Resolution’s

A. Move to close the public hearing on the Aqua no Parking Ordinance.
B. Move to accept the No Parking Ordinance for Aqua Lane.
C. Move to close the public hearing on the parking regulations for all
District Property in Roaring Brook Lake.
D. Move to accept the Parking regulations for all District property in
Roaring Brook Lake.
E. Resolve to set the public hearing for the Putnam Valley Solar Law at
5PM on 7/7.
F. Resolve to set the public hearing for the Revision of the Agricultural code
Immediately following the public hearing on the Solar Law on 7/7.
G. Resolve to set the Public Hearing for the Revision of our Zoning Free
Schedule immediately following the public hearing on the Revision of the
Agricultural code on 7/7.
H. Resolve to set the public hearing on Lake Oscawana Septic Pump-out law
for 6/16 at 6 PM.
I. Move to accept the latest proposal from the WSP Group for the
Remediation of the Roaring Brook Dam.
