PUBLIC HEARING

 

The following public hearings have been scheduled for November 1, 2021 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.

 

  1. Maple Leaf Associates, -59 Oscawana Lake Road

                         (TM#83.75-1-41/File 2021-0235)

 

The subject property consist of + 1.9 acres of land and is located on

59 Oscawana Lake Road and within CC-2 Zoning District.  The applicant

is proposing an Amended Site Plan and Special Use Permit for additional

parking, reconfiguring of landscape and storm water basin.  The applicant

requires an Amended Site Plan and Special Use Permit.

                

  1.            Cary Fields, Harrison Field & Hudson Highlands Land Trust

(TM#73.-1-43, 73.-1-44 & 73.-1-46/File 2021-0240)

 

The proposed action involves a lot line realignment between the lands

Carry Fields, Harrison Fields and Hudson Highlands Land Trust; the

proposed action will result in a minor configuration of the three

properties.

  1. Salazar, Eber- 305 Peekskill Hollow Road

                           The subjects property is comprised of +/- 1.34 acres and is located on

305 Peekskill Hollow Road within the R-3 Zoning District.  The

applicant is requesting a Site Plan and Major Grading Permit for a

retaining wall that has been built.

 

  1.  Homeland Towers, LLC., 30 Porters Road

(TM#52.-3-57/File 2021-0243)

 

                           The subject property consists of + 11.75 acres of land and is located on

30 Porters Road and within the R-3 Zoning District.  The

applicant is proposing to construct 150’ wireless service facility.

The applicant requires a Site Plan.
