Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday March 30, 2026 for the purpose of considering the following applications:

PUBLIC HEARING

 

The following public hearings have been scheduled for March 30, 2026 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.

                                              (TM#84.15-1-7)

 

                  The subject’s property consists of + 2.47acres of land and is 

      located on 50 Lovers Lanes, within the R-2 Zoning District.

      The applicant proposes to legalize a short-term rental use

      within a single-family residence.  The applicant requires a

      Special Use Permit.

 

  1.             Linh & Bernhotz Residence, 21 Point Drive South

(TM#83.74-1-7)

 

      The subject’s property consists of + 0.10 acres of land and is 

      located on 21 Point Drive South, within the LP Zoning District.

      The applicant proposes to legalize a short-term rental use

      within a single-family residence.  The applicant requires a

      Special Use Permit.

        The subject’s property consists of + 2.21 acres of land and is located

        The applicant is proposing soil remediation.  The applicant requires a 

        Site Plan, Major Grading and Wetland Permit.

      The subject property consists of +/- 79.2 acres of land and is located 

      on 684 Peekskill Hollow Road and with the PD Zoning District.  

      The applicant is proposing renovation to the existing facilities to 

                  enhance the uses permitted.  The applicant requires an Amended

      Site Plan, Amended Special Use Permit, Major Grading and 

      Wetland Permit.

 

  1.     Peekskill Hollow Preserve -824 Peekskill Hollow Road

        (TM#52.-3-70/File 2025-0013)

 

                               The subject’s property consists of +/ 1.34 acres of land and is located 

      on 824 Peekskill Hollow Road, within the CN Zoning District.  The

        applicant is proposing a 100 x 51 ft. commercial building.  The 

        applicant requires a Site Plan, Wetland and Major Grade Permit.

        The Planning Board will consider adopting a resolution declaring 

        Lead Agency.

      The subject property consists of + 62.79 acres of land and is located on

      Barger Street within the R-2 and PD Zoning District.  The applicant is

      proposing the construction of a cemetery, access road, parking, chapel

      building, garage and other improvement to be constructed in three

      phases.  The applicant requires, Site Plan Approval, Special Use Permit,

      Major Grading Permit, and a Wetland Permit.
