    The subject’s property consists of +/- 6.67 acres and is located on 

    West Shore Drive & Upper Right of Way, within the CD Zoning 

    District.  The applicant is proposing a single-family residence, well,

    Septic, driveway and pool.  The applicant requires a Site Development

    Plan, Major Grading and Wetland Permit.
