Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday September 13, 2021 for the purpose of considering the following applications:

PUBLIC HEARING

 

The following public hearings have been scheduled for September 13, 2021 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.

 

  1.   Lindbergh, Annette & Lars-139-141 Wiccopee Road

                         (TM# 52.-2-52/File2015-0141)

  

The applicant is proposing to subdivide property into three lots such

that each of the two existing houses will be on separate lots, and a new

third lot will be created.  The applicant property is comprised of +/- 25

acres and is located on Wiccopee Road.

 

  1. Piotrowski, Mary, – 123 Lake Front Road

                           (TM# 62.10-2-2/File: 2020-0215)

 

                           The subject property consists of + 0.772 acres of land and is located on

123 Lake Front Road and within the R-3 Zoning District.  The

applicant is proposing to construct a new two story detached two car

garage with a storage loft on second level.  A Site Development Plan,

Major Grading Permit and Wetland Permit is required.

 

  1.           73 Chapman LLC-73 Chapman Road

                          (TM#61.1-1/File 2020-0027)

 

                           The subject property is comprised of +/- 11.28 acres and is located on

73 Chapman Road with the CD Zoning District.  The applicant is

seeking permits necessary to restore pond and remove sediment.

A Major Grading Permit and Wetland Permit is required.

 

 

REVIEW

 

 

  1.        Maple Leaf Associates, -59 Oscawana Lake Road

                         (TM#83.75-1-41/File 2021-0235)

 

The subject property consist of + 1.9 acres of land and is located on

59 Oscawana Lake Road and within CC-2 Zoning District.  The applicant

is proposing an Amended Site Plan and Special Use Permit for additional

parking, reconfiguring of landscape and storm water basin.  The applicant

requires an Amended Site Plan, Special Use Permit and Major Grade

Permit.

                 

  1.     Killmer, Daniel, 60 Oscawana Heights Road

(TM#51.-1-42 & 52.-2-22/File 2021-0242)

 

The subject property consist of + 109.2 acres of land and is located on

60 Oscawana Heights Road and with the R-3 Zoning District.  The two

properties are abutting and have an easement.  The applicant is proposing

to construct a new single family residence, barn and greenhouse, with

associated site improvements.  The applicant requires a Site Development

Plan and Major Grading Permit.
