The following public hearings have been scheduled for November 3, 2025 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.

The subject’s property consists of + 0.514 acres of land and is
located on 8 Grove Street, within the R-3 Zoning District.
The applicant proposes to legalize a short-term rental use
within a single-family residence. The applicant requires a
Special Use Permit.

The subject’s property consists of +/- 33.42 acres and is located on
101 Mill Street, within the PD Zoning District. The applicant is
proposing to remove a collapsed retaining wall and re-grade the area.
A new entrance sign and decorative planter is proposed for the area.
The applicant requires a Site Plan and Major Grade Permit.

The subject’s property consists of +/- 14.86 acres and is located on
231 Wiccopee Road, within the CD Zoning District. The applicant is
proposing to reside, repair the floor and install roof mounted solar
panels to existing barn structure. Proposed renovation to an existing
farmhouse and construct a tracker path and two car parking area.
The applicant requires a Site Development Plan, Major Grading
and a Wetland Permit.
