Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday October 06, 2025 for the purpose of considering the following applications:

PUBLIC HEARING

The following public hearings have been scheduled for October 6, 2025 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.                                     

 

  1.        Dinotte Residence- 23 Wilma Lane

(TM#84.14-1-22/File2025-0016)

 

                              The subject’s property consists of +/- 2.12 acres and is located on

23 Wilma Lane, within the R-2 Zoning District. The applicant

proposing to legalize an accessory apartment located in a single-family

residence. The applicant requires a Site Development Plan and

Special Use Permit.

 

  1.        Irving Residence- 524 Peekskill Hollow Road

                              The subject’s property consists of +/- 1.46 acres and is located on

applicant proposing an accessory apartment on top of an existing

attached garage.  The applicant requires a Site Development Plan

and Special Use Permit..

                            The subject’s property consists of +/- 6.6 acres and is located on

Wiccopee Road, within the CD Zoning District. The applicant is

proposing a single family residence, with driveway, well and septic.

The applicant requires a Site Development Plan and Major

Grading Permit.

                              The subject’s property consists of +/- 1.03 acres and is located on

riding building, measuring 80’x150’x26’. The applicant requires a

Site Development Plan and Major Grading.

                             The subject’s property consists of +/- 0.39 acres and is located on

42 Chippewa Road, within the R-3 Zoning District.  The applicant is

                             proposing the demolition of an existing single family residence and

constructing a new single family residence, and 2 bay detached garage,

with new septic system.  The applicant requires Site Development Plan,

Major Grade and Wetland Permit.

                               The subject’s property consists of +/- 5.21 acres and is located on

3 Trading Post Lane, within the CD Zoning District.  The applicant is

proposing a single family residence, with driveway, well and septic.

The applicant requires a Stie Development Plan, Wetland and Major

Grading Permit.
