                          The subject’s property consists of +/- 0.22 acres and is located on

17 Oscawana Lake Road, within the CC1 Zoning District. The

applicant is proposing to change second floor space to residential.

The applicant requires a Site Plan and Special Use Permit.

                           The subject property consists of + 1.13 acres of land and is located on

78 West Shore Drive and within the R-3 Zoning District.  The

applicant is proposing to legalize a one-bedroom accessory apartment.

The applicant requires a Site Plan and Special Use Permit.

                          The subject’s property consists of +/- 2.12 acres and is located on

to legalize an accessory apartment located in a single-family residence.

The applicant requires a Site Development Plan and Special Use Permit.

231 Wiccopee Road, within the CD Zoning District.  The applicant is

                            proposing to renovate an existing barn structure to be used as a pool

cabana, along with installing a natural pool.  The applicant requires a

Site Development Plan and Major Grading Permit.

The applicant is proposing soil remediation.  The applicant requires a

  1. Brookfalls Road Arched Culvert- Brookfalls Road

      (TM# Town Right of Way/File 2024-0296    )

The subject property located within the Town of Putnam Valley Right of Way consists of less than one acre of disturbance and is located on

Brookfalls Road and within the R2 Zoning District.

The applicant is proposing the replacement of an existing 20-foot span bridge with a 36-foot span precast concrete arched culvert that will cross the Peekskill Hollow Brook.  The applicant requires a Site Plan, Major Grading and Wetland Permit.

The subject property located within the Town of Putnam Valley Right of Way consists of less than one acre of disturbance and is located on

New Hill Road and within the R3 Zoning District.

The applicant is proposing the replacement of an existing 16-foot span bridge with a 36-foot span precast concrete arched culvert that will cross the Peekskill Hollow Brook.  The applicant requires a Site Plan, Major Grading and Wetland Permit.

The subject property located within the Town of Putnam Valley Right of Way consists of less than one acre of disturbance and is located on

Cimarron Road and within the CD Zoning District.

The applicant is proposing the replacement of an existing 20-foot span bridge with a 32-foot span precast concrete arched culvert that will cross the Canopus Creek.  The applicant requires a Site Plan, Major Grading and Wetland Permit.
