The subjects property consists of +/- 14.86 acres and is located on
231 Wiccopee Road, within the CD Zoning District. The applicant is
proposing to renovate an existing barn structure to be used as a pool
cabana, along with installing a natural pool. The applicant requires a
Site Development Plan and Major Grading Permit.
- 149 North Shore Residence-149 North Shore Road

The subjects property consists of +/- 1.3121 acres and is located on
149 North Shore Road, within the R-3 Zoning District. The applicant is
proposing the demolition of an existing single family residence and
constructing a new single family residence, with driveway, walkways,
shed and new dock. The existing concrete foundation is proposed to be
converted into a single care garage, with studio above. The applicant
requires a Site Development Plan, Major Grading and Wetland Permit.

The subject property consist of +/- 79.2 acres of land and is located on
684 Peekskill Hollow Road and with the PD Zoning District.
The applicant is proposing renovation to the existing facilities to
enhance the uses permitted. The applicant requires an Amended
Site Plan, Amended Special Use Permit, Major Grading and
Wetland Permit.
- Rabbinical Seminary of America- Barger Street

The subject property consist of + 62.79 acres of land and is located on
Barger Street within the R-2 and PD Zoning District. The applicant is
proposing the construction of a cemetery, access road, parking, chapel
building, garage and other improvement to be constructed in three
phases. The applicant requires, Site Plan Approval, Special Use Permit,
Major Grading Permit, and a Wetland Permit.
