                            The subject property consists of +/- 1.08 acres and is located on

77 Wood Street, within the R-1 Zoning District.  The applicant is

                            proposing the demolition of an existing single family residence and

constructing a new single family residence and septic system.

The applicant requires a Site Development Plan and Major Grading.

                              The subject property consists of +/- 0.22 acres and is located on

Applicant is proposing to change second floor space to residential.
