Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday June 24, 2024 for the purpose of considering the following applications:

PUBLIC HEARING

The following public hearings have been scheduled for June 24, 2024 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.

 

  1.        Fitzgerald Residence-13 Gilbert Lane

                             (TM#83.50-1-52.1/File 2024-0276)

 

The subject property consist of +/- 1.3 acres of land and is located on

13 Gilbert Lane and with the R-1Zoning District.

The applicant is proposing new dormer to an existing single family

residence, to renovate the existing attic into a finished second floor

The applicant requires a Site Development Plan.

  1.      Brucaj, Elez, 10 White Road

                             (TM#84.11-1-11/File 2023-0265)

 

                              The subject property consist of 0.561acres of land and is located on

10 White Road and within the R-1 Zoning District.  The applicant is

proposing a 2nd floor addition and a garage addition to existing

residence.  The applicant requires a Site Development Plan, Major

Grade and Wetland Permit.

 

  1.     Woods End LLC. -70 Woods End Road

                            (TM#63.-2-30/File2023-0258)

 

                           The subjects property is comprised of +/- 131.24 acres and is located on

70 Woods End Road, within the R-3 Zoning District.  The applicant is

proposing 100 acres undeveloped subdivision for conservation purposes.

Proposed Special Use Permit to operate commercial kennel and canine

training center. The applicant requires a Subdivision, Site Plan and

Special Use Permit.

 

  1. Piano Mountain E911 Tower-135 Williams Drive

                            (TM#84.-2-48.2/File 2024-0283)

 

                           The subject property is comprised of +/- 85.6 acres and is located on

1135 Williams Drive, within the CD Zoning District. The applicant is

an expansion of the existing Cell Tower.  The Applicant requires Site

Plan Approval.

 

  1.      Yakovlev & Blend Residence-West Shore Drive

                            (TM#62.9-1-4/File 2024-0279)

 

The subjects property consists of +/- 6.67 acres and is located on

West Shore Drive & Upper Right of Way, within the CD Zoning

District.  The applicant is proposing a single family residence, well,

Septic, driveway and pool.  The applicant requires a Site Development

Plan, Major Grading and Wetland Permit.

             

  1.   Nonna’s Restaurant- 11 Oscawana Lake Road

                          (TM#91.27-1-14/File 2024-0281)

 

The subject property consist of + 0.57 acres of land and is located on

11 Oscawana Lake Road and with CC1 Zoning District.  The applicant

is proposing to locate a restaurant on the lower level of the first floor of

a mixed commercial building.  The applicant requires a Site

Development Plan.

 

  1. Tiger Lily Eighteen- 231 Wiccopee Road

(TM#41.-2-2/File2024-0280)

 

The subjects property consists of +/- 14.86 acres and is located on

231 Wiccopee Road, within the CD Zoning District.  The applicant is

                           proposing to renovate an existing barn structure to be used as a pool

cabana, along with installing a natural pool.  The applicant requires a

Site Development Plan and Major Grading Permit.

 

  1.              149 North Shore Residence-149 North Shore Road

                            (TM#51.15-1-10/File2024-0282)

 

                            The subjects property consists of +/- 1.3121 acres and is located on

149 North Shore Road, within the R-3 Zoning District.  The applicant is

                            proposing the demolition of  an existing single family residence and

constructing a new single family residence, with driveway, walkways,

shed and new dock. The existing concrete foundation is proposed to be

converted into a single care garage, with studio above.  The applicant

requires a Site Development Plan, Major Grading and Wetland Permit.
