The following public hearings have been scheduled for February 5, 2024 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.

The subject property consist of 36.437 acres of land and is located on
144 & 188 Camp Collins Road and within the PD Zoning District.
The applicant is proposing reconstruction of a residential building
renovations to existing camp cabins, along with new well and septic
systems. The applicant requires a Site Development Plan, Major
Grade and Special Use Permit.
