Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday August 26, 2024 for the purpose of considering the following applications:

The following public hearings have been scheduled for August 26, 2024 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.
- Woods End LLC. -70 Woods End Road

The subjects property is comprised of +/- 131.24 acres and is located on
70 Woods End Road, within the R-3 Zoning District. The applicant is
proposing a subdivision of the 100 undeveloped acres for conservation
purpose. Proposed Special Use Permit to operate commercial kennel and
training center. The applicant requires a Subdivision, Site Plan and Special Use Permit.

The subject property is comprised of +/- 85.6 acres and is located on
1135 Williams Drive, within the CD Zoning District. The applicant is
an expansion of the existing Cell Tower. The Applicant requires Site
Plan Approval.
- Mancuso, Joey-221 Oscawana Lake Road

The subjects property consists of +/- 66.64 acres and is located on
221 Oscawana Lake Road, within the R-3 Zoning District. The
applicant is proposing to construct a steel famed indoor horseback
riding building, measuring 80’x150’x26’. The applicant requires a
Site Development Plan and Major Grading.
- Rabbinical Seminary of America- Barger Street

The subject property consist of + 62.79 acres of land and is located on
Barger Street within the R-2 and PD Zoning District. The applicant is
proposing the construction of a cemetery, access road, parking, chapel
building, garage and other improvement to be constructed in three
phases. The applicant requires, Site Plan Approval, Special Use Permit,
Major Grading Permit, and a Wetland Permit.
