The following public hearings have been scheduled for July 15, 2024 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.
- Brucaj, Elez, 10 White Road

The subject property consist of 0.561acres of land and is located on
10 White Road and within the R-1 Zoning District. The applicant is
proposing a 2nd floor addition and a garage addition to existing
residence. The applicant requires a Site Development Plan, Major
Grade and Wetland Permit.

The subjects property is comprised of +/- 131.24 acres and is located on
70 Woods End Road, within the R-3 Zoning District. The applicant is
proposing a subdivision of the 100 undeveloped acres for conservation
purpose. Proposed Special Use Permit to operate commercial kennel and
training center. The applicant requires a Subdivision, Site Plan and Special Use Permit.
- Nonna’s Restaurant- 11 Oscawana Lake Road

The subject property consist of + 0.57 acres of land and is located on
11 Oscawana Lake Road and with CC1 Zoning District. The applicant
is proposing to locate a restaurant on the lower level of the first floor of
a mixed commercial building. The applicant requires a Site
Development Plan and Special Use Permit.

The subject property is comprised of +/- 85.6 acres and is located on
1135 Williams Drive, within the CD Zoning District. The applicant is
an expansion of the existing Cell Tower. The Applicant requires Site
Plan Approval.
- Roaring Brook Lake Dam-Lake Shore Road
The subject property is the Roaring Brook Lake Dam. The applicant
is seeking Site Plan, Major Grading and Wetland Permit, to renovate
the dam according to NYSDEC requirements.
- 149 North Shore Residence-149 North Shore Road

The subjects property consists of +/- 1.3121 acres and is located on
149 North Shore Road, within the R-3 Zoning District. The applicant is
proposing the demolition of an existing single family residence and
constructing a new single family residence, with driveway, walkways,
shed and new dock. The applicant requires a Site Development Plan,
Major Grading and Wetland Permit.
