Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday March 11, 2024 for the purpose of considering the following applications:

1. Brucaj, Elez, 10 White Road

                            (TM#84.11-1-11/File 2023-0265)

                             The subject property consist of 0.561acres of land and is located on

10 White Road and within the R-1 Zoning District.  The applicant is

proposing a 2^nd floor addition and a garage addition to existing

residence.  The applicant requires a Site Development Plan, Major

Grade and Wetland Permit.

2. Woods End LLC. -70 Woods End Road

                           (TM#63.-2-30/File2023-0258)

                           The subjects property is comprised of +/- 131.24 acres and is located on

70 Woods End Road, within the R-3 Zoning District.  The applicant is

proposing 100 acres undeveloped subdivision for conservation purposes.

Proposed Special Use Permit to operate commercial kennel and canine

training center. The applicant requires a Subdivision, Site Plan and

Special Use Permit.

3.   Stern Residence, 22 Cove Road

                          (TM#41.10-1-1/File 2024-0275)

The subject property is comprised on + 0.74 acres and is located on

22 Cove Road, within the R-3 Zoning District.  The is proposing a

second story addition to existing residence, with new porch and

driveway.  The applicant requires a Site Development Plan, Major Grade

and Wetland Permit.
