Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday July 24, 2023 for the purpose of considering the following applications:

The following public hearings have been scheduled for July 24, 2023 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.

 

  1.               11 Oscawana Lake Road-11 Oscawana Lake Road

                             (TM#91.27-1-14/File 2022-0253)

 

The subject property consist of + 0.57 acres of land and is located on

11 Oscawana Lake Road and with CC1 Zoning District.  The applicant

is proposing to change second floor office space to residential.  The

applicant requires a Site Plan.

 

  1.           Kim, Sebastian, 179 Bell Hollow Road

                              (TM# 51.-1-9/File 2023-0261)

 

The subject property consist of +12.582 acres of land and is located on

179 Bell Hollow Road and within an R-3 Zoning District. The applicant

is proposing to construct a new single family residence, with well and

septic system.  The applicant requires a Site Development Plan, Major

Grading and Wetland Permit.

 

  1.  Quinn Residence, 64 Dunderberg Road

The subject property consist of +1.078 acres of land is located on

64 Dunderberg Road and within an R-3 Zoning District.  The applicant

is requesting a Site Plan, Major Grade and Wetland Permit for removal

of millings on property.

 

  1.        Bell Hollow Bridge, Bell Hollow Road

Construction of new bridge to replace deteriorated and unsafe existing

bridge, which spans Canopus Creek at Bell Hollow Road.  Applicant

requires a Site Plan, Major Grade and Wetland Permit.

The subject property consist on + 0.3921 acres of land and is located on

15 Morrissey Drive and within the CC-2 Zoning District. The applicant

is proposing a change in use of an existing building, from 1 ½ story to

2 story commercial building.  The applicant requires a Site Plan.

 

  1.           Prontelli, Anselmo, 288 Barger Street

The subject property consist of + 2.162 acres of land and is located on

288 Barger Street and within an R-3 Zoning District.  This applicant is

proposing construction of a  swimming pool and terrace.  The

applicant requires a Site Development Plan and Major Grade Permit.

The subject property consists of +/-0.2008 acres of land and is located

applicant is proposing a 3 season room addition and second floor

Development Plan and a Wetland Permit.

on 59 Mathes Street and within the LP Zoning District.  The applicant

is proposing to legalize a 2 story addition and basement apartment.

The applicant requires a Site Plan and Special Use Permit

 

  1.      Mora, Cesar -63 Morrissey Drive

                            (83.82-2-10/File 2021-0244)

 

The subject property consist of + 0.19 acres of land and is located on

63 Morrissey Drive and with the CC2 Zoning District.  The applicant is

proposing to demolish existing structure and construct new office

building in same location, with proposed detached garage.
