Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday May 8, 2023 for the purpose of considering the following applications:

PUBLIC HEARING

The following public hearings have been scheduled for May 8, 2023 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.

 

  1. Hollander & Martel, Carlos- 27 Nampaugh Road

                           (TM# 51.81-1-25/File 2020-0213)

 

The subject property is comprised of +/- 0.474 acres and is located on 27

Nampaugh Road, within the R-3 Zoning District. The applicant is

proposing the construction of a rail lift, relocation of a stone walkway,

well, septic system, proposed installation of propane tank and generator.

An amended site for replacing the foundation and house.

The applicant requires an Amended Site Development Plan, Major

Grading and Wetland Permit.

The subject property consist of + 2.87 acres of land and is located on 162

Pudding Street and within an R-3 Zoning District.  The applicant is

proposing to construct a new 2 car detached garage with new driveway.

The applicant requires a Site Development Plan, Major Grade & Wetland

Permit.

  1.             Lavoy, James- 187 Lake Drive

The subject property consist of + 0.19 acres of land and is located on

187 Lake Drive and within the LP Zoning District.  The applicant

is proposing an addition to a single family residence.  The applicant

requires a Site Development Plan and Major Grading Permit.

 

  1.          Rabbinical Seminary of America- Barger Street

                            (TM# 85.13-29,33.2,31,32/File 2021-0234)

 

The subject property consist of + 62.79 acres of land and is located on

Barger Street within the R-2 and PD Zoning District.  The applicant is

proposing the construction of a cemetery, access road, parking, chapel

building, garage and other improvement to be constructed in three

phases.  The applicant requires, Site Plan Approval, Special Use Permit,

Major Grading Permit, and a Wetland Permit.  Planning will review

submitted material to determine if sufficient to declare and circulate

for intent for Lead Agency.

 

  1. 59 Mathes, LLC, 59 Mathes Street

                              (TM#91.26-1-52/file2023-0264)

 

The subject property consist of + 0.266 acres of land and is located

on 59 Mathes Street and within the LP Zoning District.  The applicant

is proposing to legalize a 2 story addition.  The applicant requires a

Site Plan.
