The following public hearings have been scheduled for April 17, 2023 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.
- Salazar, Eber- 305 Peekskill Hollow Road

The subjects property is comprised of +/- 1.34 acres and is located on
305 Peekskill Hollow Road within the R-3 Zoning District. The
applicant is requesting a Site Plan and Major Grading Permit for a
retaining wall that has been built.

proposing to construct a new 2 car detached garage with new driveway.
The applicant requires a Site Development Plan, Major Grade & Wetland

The subject property is comprised of +/- 0.474 acres and is located on 27
Nampaugh Road, within the R-3 Zoning District. The applicant is
proposing the construction of a rail lift, relocation of a stone walkway,
well, septic system, proposed installation of propane tank and generator.
An amended site for replacing the foundation and house, adding a
second floor, rear deck, upper land and new porch roof.
The applicant requires an Amended Site Development Plan, Major
Grading and Wetland Permit.

The subject property consist of + 62.79 acres of land and is located on
Barger Street within the R-2 and PD Zoning District. The applicant is
proposing the construction of a cemetery, access road, parking, chapel
building, garage and other improvement to be constructed in three
phases. The applicant requires, Site Plan Approval, Special Use Permit,
Major Grading Permit, and a Wetland Permit.
- Piano Mountain Tower, 1135 Williams Drive

The subject property consist of 6.6+ acres of land and is located
on 1135 Williams Drive and within the CD Zoning District.
The applicant is proposing to install a new 60 ft. extension of the
existing 90 ft. monopole, along with concrete pad, shelter and
generator. The applicant require a Site Plan and Special Use Permit.

The subject property consist of 0.561acres of land and is located on
10 White Road and within the R-1 Zoning District. The applicant is
proposing a 2nd floor addition and a garage addition to existing
residence. The applicant requires a Site Development Plan, Major
Grade and Wetland Permit.

The subject property consist of 36.437 acres of land and is located on
144 & 188 Camp Collins Road and within the PD Zoning District.
The applicant is proposing reconstruction of a residential building
renovations to existing camp cabins, along with new well and septic
systems. The applicant requires a Site Development Plan and Major
Grade Permit.
