Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday November 14, 2022 for the purpose of considering the following applications:

PUBLIC HEARING

 

The following public hearings have been scheduled for November 14, 2022 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.

 

 

  1. Salazar, Eber- 305 Peekskill Hollow Road

                         (TM#84.7-1-43/File 2021-0229)

 

                          The subjects property is comprised of +/- 1.34 acres and is located on

305 Peekskill Hollow Road within the R-3 Zoning District.  The

applicant is requesting a Site Plan and Major Grading Permit for a

retaining wall that has been built.

 

  1. Geraghty, Kenneth- 133 Lake Front Rd.

The subject property is comprised of +/- 0.4 acres and is located on

133 Lake Front Road within the R-3 Zoning District.  The applicant

is proposing to replace an existing septic system, with a new enhanced

septic system.  The applicant requires a Site Development Plan, Wetland

and Major Grading Permit.

The subject property consist of + 1.369 acres of land and is located on

Irma Drive and within the R-2 Zoning District.  The applicant is

Proposing to construct a single family residence, with well and septic.

The applicant requires a Site Plan and Major Grading Permit.

 

  1.  9 Oscawana Lake Road Partner, LLC- 9 Oscawana Lake Rd.

                            (TM#91.27-1-13/File2018-0180)

 

The subject property is comprised of +/- 1.23 acres and is located on

9 Oscawana Lake Road within the CC1 Zoning District.  The applicant

is seeking a Special Use Permit and Site Plan Approval to permit parking

commercial vehicles in the rear of the property.

  1.          Homeland Towers, LLC. 30 Porters Road

(TM#52.-3-57/File 2021-0243)

 

                           The subject property consists of + 11.75 acres of land and is located on

30 Porters Road and within the R-3 Zoning District.  The applicant is

proposing to demolish an existing, vacant single family residence and

detached garage, and construct a personal wireless service facility,

consisting of a 150’monopole and associated equipment to be located

within a proposed 2,650’fenced compound.  A Site Plan & Major

Grading Permit approvals are required from the Planning Board.

 

  1.    Killmer, Daniel, 60 Oscawana Heights Road

(TM#51.-1-42 & 52.-2-22/File 2021-0242)

 

The subject property consist of + 109.2 acres of land and is located on

60 Oscawana Heights Road and with the R-3 Zoning District.

The applicant is proposing a change to approved Site Plan, and

Conservation Easement.  The applicant requires an Amended Site

Development Plan Approval.

 

  1.     Lavoy, James- 187 Lake Drive

                            (TM# 83-82-1-23/File 2020-0222)

 

The subject property consist of + 0.19 acres of land and is located on

187 Lake Drive and within the LP Zoning District.  The applicant

is proposing an addition to a single family residence.  The applicant

requires a Site Development Plan and Major Grading Permit

 

  1. Brian & Rebecca McKechnie-15 Angela Drive

                             (TM#83.-1-7/File 2022-0256)

 

                             The subject property consist of + 10.47 acres and is located on

15 Angela Drive and within the R-3 Zoning District.  The applicant is

proposing 2 car garage addition and conversion of existing garage to

livable space.  The applicant requires a Site Development Plan and

Major Grading Permit.

 

  1. 22 Living Springs -22 Living Springs Lane

(TM#74.-1-35/File 2021-0238)

 

The subject property consists of +/-35 acres of land and is located on

22 Living Springs Lane and within and PC Zoning District.  The

applicant is proposing soil remediation. The applicant requires a Site

Plan, Major Grading Permit and Wetland Permit.
