The following public hearings have been scheduled for October 17, 2022 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.

The subjects property is comprised of +/- 1.34 acres and is located on
305 Peekskill Hollow Road within the R-3 Zoning District. The
applicant is requesting a Site Plan and Major Grading Permit for a
retaining wall that has been built.

within a proposed 2,650’fenced compound. A Site Plan & Major
Grading Permit approvals are required from the Planning Board.

requesting Final Subdivision Approval.
