Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday July 11, 2022 for the purpose of considering the following applications:

The following public hearings have been scheduled for July 11, 2022 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.
- Salazar, Eber- 305 Peekskill Hollow Road

The subjects property is comprised of +/- 1.34 acres and is located on
305 Peekskill Hollow Road within the R-3 Zoning District. The
applicant is requesting a Site Plan and Major Grading Permit for a
retaining wall that has been built.

The subject property consists of + 11.75 acres of land and is located on
30 Porters Road and within the R-3 Zoning District. The applicant is
proposing to demolish an existing, vacant single family residence and
detached garage, and construct a personal wireless service facility,
consisting of a 150’monopole and associated equipment to be located
within a proposed 3,450’fenced compound. A Site Plan & Major
Grading Permit approvals are required from the Planning Board.

7 Bryant Pond Road within the R-3 Zoning District. The applicant is
requesting amendments to the previously approved Site Plan and Special
Use Permit. The applicant requires a Wetland Permit and a Major
Grading Permit.
- Beverly Hills Cemetery, 101 Mill Street

The subject property consist on +/- 33.42 acres and is located on
101 Mill Street, within the PD Zoning District. The applicant is
proposing to construct two(2) Mausoleums on their existing cemetery
property. The applicant requires a Site Plan and Major Grade Permit.

The applicant property consist of +0.847 acres of land and is located on
18 Coleman’s Landing and within the R-3 Zoning District. The applicant
is proposing to demolish existing residence, garage, tennis court, patio
and walkways, to construct a new residence with detach garage. The
applicant requires a Site Plan, Wetland Permit and Major Grade Permit.
