Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday May 9, 2022 for the purpose of considering the following applications:

PUBLIC HEARING

 

The following public hearings have been scheduled for May 9, 2022 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.

 

 

  1.  Salazar, Eber- 305 Peekskill Hollow Road

                           (TM#84.7-1-43/File 2021-0229)

 

                           The subjects property is comprised of +/- 1.34 acres and is located on

305 Peekskill Hollow Road within the R-3 Zoning District.  The

applicant is requesting a Site Plan and Major Grading Permit for a

retaining wall that has been built.

The subject property is comprised of +/- 85.6 acres and is located on

1135 Williams Drive, within the CD Zoning District. The applicant is

proposing a two lot subdivision, Lot #1 will be existing residence and

Lot #2 will be the existing Cell Tower Facility.

The subject property consist of + 0.1837 acres of land and is located on

31 Orchard Road and within the R-1 Zoning District.  The applicant is

proposing a single family residence.  The applicant requires a Site

Development Plan and Major Grading Permit.

The subject property is comprised of +/- 1.23 acres and is located on

9 Oscawana Lake Road within the CC1 Zoning District.  The applicant

is seeking a Special Use Permit and Site Plan Approval to permit parking

commercial vehicles in the rear of the property.
