Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday February 28, 2022 for the purpose of considering the following applications:

PUBLIC HEARING

 

The following public hearings have been scheduled for February 28, 2022 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.

 

 

  1. Salazar, Eber- 305 Peekskill Hollow Road

                           (TM#84.7-1-43/File 2021-0229)

 

                           The subjects property is comprised of +/- 1.34 acres and is located on

305 Peekskill Hollow Road within the R-3 Zoning District.  The

applicant is requesting a Site Plan and Major Grading Permit for a

retaining wall that has been built.

 

 

  1. D’Addona, Vincent- Indian Lake Road

                           TM# 72.-1-17.1/File 2021-0233)

 

The applicant property consist of +/- 13.77 acres of land and is located

on Indian Lake Road and within the CD Zoning District.  The applicant

is proposing a single family residence, with well, septic and driveway.

To review the applicants request to amend the site plan.

  1.   22 Living Springs -22 Living Springs Lane

The subject property consists of +/-35 acres of land and is located on

22 Living Springs Lane and within and PC Zoning District.  The

applicant is proposing soil remediation. The applicant requires a Site

Plan, Major Grading Permit and Wetland Permit.

 

 

 

  1.         Spinelli, Henry-199 North Shore Road

                           (TM#51.-1-54/File 2022-0245)

 

The subject property consists of +/- 4.028 acres of land and is located on

199 North Shore Road and within the CD Zoning District.  The applicant

is proposing the construction of a new swimming pool and replacement

of the existing paver patio with a new paver patio. The applicant requires

a Site Plan, Major Grade and Wetland Permit.

The subject property is comprised of +/- 85.6 acres and is located on

1135 Williams Drive, within the CD Zoning District. The applicant is

proposing a two lot subdivision, Lot #1 will be existing residence and

Lot #2 will be the existing Cell Tower Facility.

The subject property consist on +/- 33.42 acres and is located on

101 Mill Street, within the PD Zoning District.  The applicant is

proposing to construct two(2) Mausoleums on their existing cemetery

property.  The applicant requires a Site Plan and Major Grade Permit.

 

 

 

 

 

  1.   Killmer, Daniel, 60 Oscawana Heights Road

The subject property consist of + 109.2 acres of land and is located on

60 Oscawana Heights Road and with the R-3 Zoning District.  The two

properties are abutting and have an easement.  The applicant is proposing

to construct a new single family residence, barn and greenhouse, with

associated site improvements.  The applicant requires a Site

Development Plan, Major Grading Permit and a Wetland Permit.

The subject property consist of + 0.19 acres of land and is located on

  1. Mora, Cesar -63 Morrissey Drive

The subject property consist of + 0.19 acres of land and is located on

63 Morrissey Drive and with the CC2 Zoning District.  The applicant is

proposing to demolish existing structure and construct new office

building in same location, with proposed detached garage.
