Please be advised that the next meeting of the Planning Board will be held at Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road on Monday January 24, 2022 for the purpose of considering the following applications:

PUBLIC HEARING

 

The following public hearings have been scheduled for January 24, 2022 at 6:00PM (or as soon thereafter as agenda conditions permit) at the Putnam Valley Town Hall, 265 Oscawana Lake Road, Putnam Valley, New York, 10579. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard. A copy of the application materials and plans may be inspected during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Town of Putnam Valley Town Hall.

 

 

  1. Salazar, Eber- 305 Peekskill Hollow Road

                           (TM#84.7-1-43/File 2021-0229)

 

                           The subjects property is comprised of +/- 1.34 acres and is located on

305 Peekskill Hollow Road within the R-3 Zoning District.  The

applicant is requesting a Site Plan and Major Grading Permit for a

retaining wall that has been built.

 

 

  1. D’Addona, Vincent- Indian Lake Road

                           TM# 72.-1-17.1/File 2021-0233)

 

The applicant property consist of +/- 13.77 acres of land and is located

on Indian Lake Road and within the CD Zoning District.  The applicant

is proposing a single family residence, with well, septic and driveway.

To review the applicants request to amend the site plan.

DECISION

 

  1. 3.         Homeland Towers, LLC. 30 Porters Road

(TM#52.-3-57/File 2021-0243)

 

                            The subject property consists of + 11.75 acres of land and is located on

30 Porters Road and within the R-3 Zoning District.  The

applicant is proposing to construct a 150’ wireless service facility.

The Planning Board will declare intent for Lead Agency and discuss

the applicants request to conduct a balloon test.

 

 

  1.    Lindbergh, Annette & Lars-139-141 Wiccopee Road

                          (TM# 52.-2-52/File2015-0141)

  

The applicant is proposing to subdivide property into three lots such

that each of the two existing houses will be on separate lots, and a new

third lot will be created.  The applicant property is comprised of +/- 25

acres and is located on Wiccopee Road.

 

REVIEW

 

  1.   Killmer, Daniel, 60 Oscawana Heights Road

(TM#51.-1-42 & 52.-2-22/File 2021-0242)

 

The subject property consist of + 109.2 acres of land and is located on

60 Oscawana Heights Road and with the R-3 Zoning District.  The two

properties are abutting and have an easement.  The applicant is proposing

to construct a new single family residence, barn and greenhouse, with

associated site improvements.  The applicant requires a Site

Development Plan, Major Grading Permit and a Wetland Permit.

 

 

  1.   22 Living Springs -22 Living Springs Lane

(TM#74.-1-35/File 2021-0238)

 

The subject property consists of +/-35 acres of land and is located on

22 Living Springs Lane and within and PC Zoning District.  The

applicant is proposing soil remediation. The applicant requires a Site

Plan, Major Grading Permit and Wetland Permit.
